Oscar " I was finished when i fought Floyd"

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by $uckaPunch41510, Sep 4, 2011.

  1. never once heard anybody ever say oscar was washed up when he fought floyd, the argument has always been he quit using the JAB ( floyd took it away)and lost.

you can easily say pac fought a carcass and became an ATG in doing so.

Well he wasnt Prime But he wasnt finished either when he fought Floyd . He was still a legitimate threat to PBF with a weight advantage in their fight . I think oscar means he was finished when he fought Pacquiao . That i agree with .

roach said that oscar could not pull the trigger when he trained him for floyd.

pac was already considered an ATG even before he beat oscar. beating two future ATG's in barrera and morales and probable ATG in marquez.

  5. Oh hey hoe its you:hi:

*******s always point to this as one of pooch's biggest fights.
they always point to this fight when they mention his record at 147

It was big dumb****. That doesn't mean they say DLH was prime now does it? No. That's just you forming your own conclusion off what someone says. It's pretty ignorant actually.

And DLH was picked by everyone months up to the fight. I'm sure you remember that.

I can take you coming to defend Floyd ALL THE TIME and say your a closet homo who wants to **** Floyd. You see, I can do what you illiterates do as well. :nut

I know loads of people who felt Floyed lost that one. Last time they did a poll on here a few months ago about 30% of people thought he lost. I think there's a good argument to say Oscar won. Floyd did a good job of making him miss at times but shots were still getting through.

Oscar had abondoned the left a few years before that one and was coming down in weight + had been very inactive in the run up to that fight with Floyd.

Look at the smirk on his face when he says it....it's obvious that he believes he is lying to boost Ortiz' ego.

Whether or not it is true, it depends on the point of view...

What did Mosley do when he got put down on round 3?

Look at Mosley run his ass out after he pushed Pacman on round 10.
