Oscar: "I Would Have Beaten Floyd If I Was Younger"

Pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain. A faded version of him took a prime Floyd to a competitive fight which many had close.

 

He threw more jabs in the 2nd half of the fight, than the 1st half. This is a statistical certainty.

You can say what you want, it does not change this reality: What you "think" you saw, is not actually what happened. And without a doubt, your bias and absolute love for Manny Pacquiao has everything to do with it. It is a sad and pathetic attempt to pretend that Oscar was in that fight and "would have won if he would have kept throwing the jab" to diminish Mayweather's victory at 154 pounds. Oscar did not win despite throwing the jab, and Floyd clearly won after making an adjustment and took Oscar's title. That is reality.

If you think Oscar deserved a nod on any scorecard in that fight, then I say Bradley deserved his win over Pacquiao. It's that ridiculous of an opinion to have.

Man, that was one of the biggest fights in recent history.

I watched it at a club/pool hall that had big screens all around.'
They charged a $10 cover to come in and watch the fight and the place had about 40 pool tables, diner, bar, dance club.
The area for watching the fight was shoulder to shoulder and about 60% of the audience were female who had come and paid the door charge to see Maywether and DeLa Hoya.
How often is that when greater than 50% there to watch the fight are female?

 

This is boxing, anybody can beat anybody.

Funny considering Roach TURNED DOWN Mosley saying "you're too good" and then after he looked like **** against Sergio Mora signed for that fight immediately.

Anyone with two decent Eyes knows that fight was not Close at all.. Oscar stop throwing the Jab because he was missing and then being made to pay to the head and body, which tired him out down the stretch.

Truth be told Oscar has alway had bad stamina, the younger version of Oscar would have gotten dropped with a body shot just as he did with Hopkins.

Oscar only punch is his left hand, his right hand poses no threat what so ever and with only a left hook, Floyd will continue to pick it off and make Oscar pay.
