    Floyd didn't kick anyone's ass. Pac did yea, but Oscar was old and washed up at that point.
    Arum didn't make Oscar. Oscar made Oscar. He won the Gold, he had the talent, looks and intelligence. Any promoter would have blown up off Oscar, not the other way around.
