Why should an old Oscar face a younger hungrier huge welterweight like Margo when he can make as much or even more money fighting someone else?

 

I dont understand the whole Margarito-DLH want from everyone anyway cause in the same sentence they go on to say Oscar is shot and needs to retire wouldnt everyone rather see Margarito vs Cotto,Mosley,Clottey,Williams instead ? Calling Oscar a ***** for not fighting Margarito then calling him shot is just stupid. Not saying you said it Freddy just I can see it coming in the thread agian.

 

he's talking all of that **** when he's making offers right now to fight the best super featherweight instead.

first of all maybe you havent followed oscar career well enough because he use to always seek out the biggest challenges and gone after them.

second of all hes older now and he knows his body isnt what it use to be and that he is older. why should he risk everything now when he already had been doing that for years?

you might as well say that theres no need for weight divisions. they are there for a reason.

theres no honor in beating Pacquiao for Oscar, thats like if you beat up a high school kid and called yourself a champ afterwards.

Correct, I agree with everything however I feel that Oscar is trying to mislead everyone by making all these excuses why he wont fight DLH making it look like he can actually win. Truth is he cant take on Margarito and he should admid it I cant fight for **** anymore so Im taking on small PAC to look good for my last fight! well maybe not admit it but you know its the truth

 

I also think that DLH should fight Margarito if he wants a good fight, considering Mora over Margarito is definitely stupid. BUT he also has a point when he says Margarito should look to avenge his loss to Williams and also another loss to Santos(who also offered Margarito a fight).

 

Atleat their in the same size and May win over Oscar should be a joke as well since they fought just last year right? Not the best fight out there but hey anything is better than PAC V Oscar. Id have mad respect if Oscar signed a fight with Margo

 

Oscar has a point. Why fight the #2 guy in any division. Fighting him is the big fight of anyone's career at this ponit. So it should at least be against a clear 1 seed. Right now thats Pac or maybe Williams!!
