It's strange in the sense that GBP were clearly trying to build Khan into a star in the same way they're trying to build Canelo. If Khan had won it would have went a long way into helping with that and building him into a potntial next opponent for Floyd (eventhough most fans know it would be a mismatch).

The loss will affect GBP financially as I don't see Garcia being the next big thing and it messes with their oh so obvious plan to match him up for Floyd after he is released.

Not strange that he is happy for Garcia though, I'm sure he was genuininly pleased for the kid, I just thought he might be a bit annoyed that they now need to go back to the drawing board with Khan and they lack opportunities for getting an opponent for Floyd.
