the money he would have made with me. He complimented PBF for being a sound businessman for taking the 70-30 split with him in their fight. He said manny is failing by looking at the 30% and not the potential dollar amount possible. He then went on to take an indirect stab at manny by saying "some people just don't understand."

He just said this on a radio interview in las vegas espn 1100.

That greedy mother****er. Like he needs another 40 million dollars. He is being a ****ing *******. He doesnt even have a title, Manny is the one with the belts. This is should a 55/45 fight. ODLH is pissing me off, he is just fighting for the money, not the glory, not the fans, but the goddamn dollars. Give Pac the 60/40 split. What the hell is he afraid of? He knows he will win the fight regardless.

he won't have to fight five fights to make the same money if he fights hatton as expected.

That's absolutely correct from a business POV.

Manny and his people initiated this ridiculous idea of a fight and at the last moment they were the ones who backed out.

I dont agree with DLH because this matchup had no chance of exceeding 1 million buys....the Mayweather fight exceeded 2 million......

Pacquiao imo deserves more than 30% of the fight purse.....however, what goes around comes around....Arum and Pacquiao did the same with JMM.
JMM had to lower his demands to less than 30%, something like 25% in order to get the JMM-Pac rematch made.
Now the shoe is in the other foot, and I'm not at all dissatisfied that GBP has chosen to take a stick and ram it down Top Ranks arse!

Pacquiao's in about the same predicament that JMM was when Marquez was negotiating for a purse split for the Pac rematch.
JMM had the balls to get the fight made regardless.....to you *******s, lets see what size balls Pac has that you've been chewing on all this time! ;)

It will be hard to defend Pac on this one.

Pacquiao was already guaranteed $3 million to face Diaz. He probably made at least $5M with sponsors and broadcast rights back home. No way is he going to take $10 Million to face someone as big as Oscar where the likely conclusion of him being knocked out is almost certain. I'm sure the Hatton fight will net him over $10 million easily and he has a good chance in that one since both are similar in size.

60/40 is the split that this whole forum, including *******s admitted that JMM deserved when those negotiations were ongoing.....

.....however, for the fight to be made after all the bickering during negotiations, JMM had to lower his demands and take 25%.

The shoe is in the other foot now. After all the talking the Pac camp has been doing, lets see what size balls they have to make this fight a go!:rofl

If he wants to make an excuse that's the one...he's right about Margo having to settle the score with Williams.
