    He beat Vargas.

    Clearly beat Trinidad. Worst robbery of all time, imo.

    Many think he beat Mosley the second time.

    Can't be the worst robbery of all time - cause there were some really bad ones.

    Like Lewis/Holyfield 1 - now that was a bad decision (Draw). Even De la Hoya/Strum was terrible.

    Ok - De la Hoya beat Vargas.

    You and many others will argue about the Trindad fight.

    And even if most agree that he beat Mosley the second time - they had two fight and Mosley won them both.

    Trindad - De la Hoya - & Mosley all beat Vargas - by KO.

    Tito & Mosley both beat De la Hoya.

    So - officially - it would be:

    Mosley or Tito
    De la Hoya
    Vargas

    Since Tito has been inactive and Mosley held his own against Cotto. i would have it.

    Mosley
    Tito
    De la Hoya
    Vargas

    Just my opinion.

    I don't know why Wright is always left off this list. He beat shane, beat Tito, I thought he beat Vargas and Hoya avoided him like the plague :deal

    I thought Oscar beat Tito the first time, but i wouldnt choose him in a rematch and i dont think Shane ever beats Trinidad, so i would have it:
    Trinidad
    Mosley/DLH ( i thought Oscar won the second one)

    dude, im sorry to say that prime vargas has WAAAY more actual SKILL then mosley. Mosley just has crazy talent.... hes wins because of his demi god speed which gives him very good power and mad combos. If we are talking boxing ability.... imo vargas had a better jab, better punch variety, better footwork, better ring generalship, better defence when he used it, ect. Skill of craft goes to 1998-2000 vargas over any shane.
