The first fight was close of not happening cause Trinidad wanted 50/50split or 60/40 in his favor. Oscar won't agree to it in the rematch cause he and mostly everyone feels he got robbed. If Trinidad won it clearly in the first fight then the rematch would have took place without any problems.
