dont know if its been reported already but he was decline a license after failing an eye test, apparently he has had a few eye surgeries in the past does anyone know if this could be him finished?
i did actually use the search function and there was a very small thread on it i mean he is one of the best heavyweight prospects around and his career might be over i would have taught it would get more interest
He's no prospect, he's a part time boxer. He hasn't fought anyone of note since he started his pro "career". Jason Pettaway in his 17th fight? considering Rivas's amateur background? He has been a pro for 6 years, and only now is slightly stepping up to a fight with Washington, which now is off. He might have been entertaining if he decided to fight more often, getting through 17-18 fights in 3 years, but he's been either injured and has long layoffs due to that, or he just didn't want to push further up the rankings for better opponents. oh well, move on
It's a shame, his career would really have taken off with a win over Washington, he was a great amateur.
