Let’s go ahead and rate Rivas above Wlad all time for getting the tko in 2019 instead of a decision. We need consistency here.

Because Ortiz hang in there with a Top 3 HW and a world title holder, nearly KOd him and boxed his ears off for 8 or 9 rounds, even recovering from a flush KD early in the fight to perfom very, very well and showed his class in there. Furthermore he has brutal KO wins over Jennings and Thompson and also beat a guy like Malik Scott in a shutout with 1000 knockdowns. Plus as you said he won the Eye Test Trophy Cup Tournament in brutal fashion as he is the technically best HW out there.

Rivas resume is practically based on one win. Still, i know he is good and i know he would beat a lot of so called Top 10 HWs with his class. I mentioned it above. I have Rivas in my Top 15.

And now...go away, eat your daily pie with some sarcasm and STFU.

Maybe on your scorecard. Judges saw it different and had Rivas up 105-104, 106-103 while one had it 106-103 Jennings.

He is a clown. There is only one british HW out there who is worth getting mentioned: Joshua. Obviously. And that guy is ducking ducking ducking. British HWs are a joke.

But Ortiz KOd Jennings too, then got beat by Wilder.
That's why I suggested Ortiz and Rivas have a dust up for the #2 spot behind Wilder. I agree on the consistency part.

The rest of the division....well...that hardly matters, let's just ignore it. After all, Wilder KOd Fury really, and he had a broken arm at the time, I guess we can have Fury at #3/4.

The only clowns here are the ones who's HW division rankings revolve around Ortiz, Jennings, Wilder and Washington. Clowns also include people who rate only one UK HW in Joshua when T Fury just beat Wilder in his back yard.
