    According to Boxing Scene They fought before and Rivas won by split decision and this fights probably gonna be at Bridgerweight and in May or June If Rivas wins he'll fight for the Bridgerweight title. I just looked at this Louis's record and he hasn't fought in 5 years and is coming off a lose. Rivas is gonna kill this guy it should not be sanctioned lol Rivas and him last fought in 2012.
