Wouldn’t be a huge upset though really, Rivas is a decent fighter - he’ll give dillian a proper fight.
I was not impressed with Rivas in his Jennings fight though he came through when he needed to. I think this will be a good fight
Whyte will be up on the cards after the 8th and I expect by a wide margin. But he doesn't finish fights all that well. Rivas is going to either finish strong and loose a decision, or he is going to score a come from behind KO. All in all, Whyte's catch and shoot style counters and that left hook will be a big hassle for Rivas. Strongly favoring Whyte, but am rooting for Rivas. Winnable fight for the Colombian.

That being said Rivas can also outbox Whyte with relative ease. But he knows he doesn't have the luxury to play it safe in this match, you can't allow Dillian to get in a rhythm and at least give the impression he's winning rounds, or keeping them close, this is in the UK after all, so he'll go the shock and awe route. Rivas KO2.

But if I remember correctly then the only reason Whyte got the decision over Parker, was due to the headbutt. The second round was arguably a Parker round. But again, coulda, shoulda, woulda! Either it had been a draw or a MD win for Whyte. But the bogus headbutt secured Whyte that W
