    No way would I compare canelo to a poodle. A standard is the most athletic dog breed. I’d compare canelo more to a golden retriever or a lab.

    I'm guessing that there was a crippling rehydration clause and a gag order to go with it.

    It’s never so simple when it comes to an offer to fight Canelo.. It’s well documented that Smith is having major trouble making 168 and it’s almost guaranteed that 175 lb rehydration clause was in the contract.. Mind you Kovalev and Jacobs had to agree to a nondisclosure agreement where they couldn’t admit that there was a rehydration clause.. Smith was fresh off a victory over Groves where he didn’t look vulnerable and they opted to an unnecessary fight Rocky Fielding instead.. Now he arguably loses against Ryder and an offer is extended..
