Hey PIMPLE!! Explain why Mayweather " RETIRED in tears":|:| other than to avoid a rematch with Oscar & possible fights with Margarito, Williams Tszyu etc ??? C'mon take a few mins off your ballet class & try to answer I dare Ya ROFLMAO
None of those guys you mentioned are in his class none of them were ever in the running of best fighter of his era. The very fact you bring up Zoo tells me that you don't know **** about boxing.:deal How in the hell could PBF fight Zoo when at the time PBF was a HBO fighter and Zoo was a Showtime fighter but let me guess blame PBF right?:rofl
No one was in Tinkerbells class according to you ROFLMAO And you wonder why no one gives you an ounce of credibility. Tinker & his lemmings always use that excuse. Not legit though Lewis - Tyson was made under those circumstances. Cant use Bob Arum excuse either can you??atsch Anyway who was voted Best Fighter of his Era ??? It was Manny Pacquaio NOT Tinkerbell Mayweather. Man that must stick in Tinkers craw ROFLMAO
Hey, Floyd's own dad thought Oscar beat Floyd Jr. I had Floyd winning by 1 round but oscar did more damage and definitely worked harder and came forward. A draw wouldn't have been surprising at all. But this is what is F'd up about it, oscar was a good 7 years past prime and relaly showing signs of being washed up, yet still was able to hang in there and actually lead on the cards after 7 rounds! It really speaks volumes on how good Oscar really was and leaves ZERO doubt that a prime oscar would have made easy work of Floyd. But Floyd would have never dared fighting a prime oscar, Oscar was on another level and a warrior like that Floyd would NEVER fight. Not until he had taken a few losses and looked very beatable, of course. lol
Tsyu wasn't in Floyds class? LOL Tsyu Ko'd prime, undefeated Zab in 2 rounds, older zab gave prime Floyd lots of problems! LOL You really need to rethink things.
first of all....floyds father was not in floyds good graces....if they were fighting now floyd sr would never make such a claim and floyd was a little guy and was moving up against a healthy 154lber......he had only had 3 fights above 140 and was under 147 for two of them...he was a bit timid and unsure of facing the power of a 154lber like oscar...if they fought again he wouldnt have been worried one bit and he would have won easily....prime for prime...lb for lb oscar would never beat floyd
The closest I could see it is 115-113 for Floyd. A draw would have been highly disputed among the scribes. I scored it 116-112 for Floyd.
It was a close fight and De La Hoya was winning the battle of the jabs at first. I don't think I ever actually scored it, but it's possible that De La Hoya deserved the win. I remember Floyd Sr was in De La Hoya's corner at the time and said that he thought De La Hoya won.
Prime Zoo lost to crack head in Phillips and never avenged his loss.:deal WTF are you talking bout? There's levels to this **** and PBF is on a higher one than Zoo.
Oscar, Castillo, and Maidana all have a very good case. Not clear cut, but not for Floyd either. Depends on which way you lean.
