Would be in interesting fight, but I think Cotto would win by SD.

    Oscar stops his AZZ

    superior jab and hook
    more power
    greater parrying skills
    iron chinned hero
    fast hands compared to Cotto(e)

A Very comfortable 9-3/8-4ish descision win for Oscar.

Cotto wouldn't be able to get past his Jab

you don't hook with a hooker. Cotto(e)'s best shot happens to be the hook, but Oscar has a better hook!

Pretty much! Also to add, Oscar had some underrated ring smarts IMO....he would be walking Cotto into traps all night long.

Cotto has the better movement, reflexes, punch variety, stamina, and mobility than that version of DLH had. It would be a tough fight, but Cotto would take it.

It all depends on Roach's gameplan too, assuming that's who he's working with. He may have looked better or worse in some areas against Floyd than he might try to use against Miguel.

Cotto of now cuts, and looks discouraged when he gets hit

Oscar stops him, i mean he looked good vs Floyd, just didnt have certain things to beat Floyd,

Cotto is not Floyd, much easier to hit

Cotto would lose that fight. Hoya's jab would land at will. It would be a good fight though.

Oscar brutal Ko 5, why is it so hard for people to see that fighters like Cotto and Margarito are overrated.

Just look at there fights Mayorga a slighly past prime version of Oscar humiliates a near prime version of Mayorga, while Cotto fought life and death with a old shot Mayorga, and got saved by the bell in one of those rounds

Damn some of u talk as if Cotto is some bum who shouldn't even be mentioned with a past prime Oscar.. Prime vs Prime Oscar crushes Cotto, but that version of DLH was a part time fighter who lost hand speed, punching power, reflexes n stamina. I think this Cotto is faster n has more power then that Oscar; I would say they're about even in stamina. It'll be a tough fight, but I see Miguel landing the harder shots n getting a close decision.

Past his prime Oscar gave Floyd alot of fits. So much even Floyd Sr didnt think Floyd won very clearly. That was the last we saw of the world class level Oscar. That one was still alittle faster, stronger, and more lethal than Cotto. Maybe the Cotto that beat Mosley, but it would of had great exchanges between Oscar and Cotto. Oscar wins tho.

Cotto would've raped oscar to the body. Oscar has no uppercut to counter cotto's body attack. easy money for Cotto. Unless he gets caught with on of those vicous hooks.

Oscar was robbed vs Floyd. I had fight 115-113 Oscar.

Oscar beats this Cotto. This Cotto ok, but very overrated.

Since Pacman beat him he is nothing like he was.

    Damn:lol::patsch

Love Cotto but I've seen nothing from him to ever convince me he could beat DLH.

We're talking about 154 version that Floyd fought. Cotto is serously being underrated nowadays.
