Lol I know and I fully expect this to be better than the first as both know what they need to do and of course they both good enough to make them changes.
That said if GGG doesn’t go to the body this time then it’s a bloody psy op imo.lol

Thing is we seen so much corruption of late you can’t rule this out can you?
Golovkins face when hearing the draw was very odd,he just accepted it like the good boy he is and on the other side Canelo had to pretend he’d been robbed.

Lol It’s that obvious esp after Saunders wrecked their plans with Lemieux.
Oscar knows a thing or two about boxing,Canelo and his struggles against slick boxers who can move.
Saunders would be so much harder for Canelo than him facing GGG,remember Amir Khan for four rounds well Saunders can do that 12 rounds, not gas and comes away from fights with no marks on his face as he can count the times he’s been hit.
This is no slight on Canelo as he’s fast hands and can be hard to time/hit himself but Saunders would outbox him though what the judges would say is anyone’s guess.

Saunders hasn't fought anyone. When he fights and beats a top MW then maybe people can buy into the hype.

He looked fantastic against DL, David ****ing Lemieux not Bernard Hopkins FFs.

He ducked GGG for a reason. Let that sink in.

Maybe because he was the one fighting in that ring not you or the fans. There is no way he confidently felt he won rounds 1-3 where he was outboxed, or rounds 10-12 where he got his bell rung consistently.

I'm barely interested in seeing GGG Canelo 2, let alone a third match up. The fact that GGG went life and death with Canelo, who most people a few years ago thought would steamroll a guy like Canelo shows that either GGG wasn't as good as we thought he was, or is past his prime (or maybe Canelo has improved lol). Either way, the first fight was decent but didn't live up to Oscar's hype when Oscar kept insisting there would be a "guaranteed knockout". There were no knockdowns and neither guy was visibly hurt in the fight so obviously they are evenly matched. My interest level is waning every day, and I hate to entertain conspiracy theories when it comes to boxing but Oscar could have something up his sleeve I wouldn't be surprised if it was WWE, fixed entertainment.

Only Isal could turn Saunders resume into having fought nobody.

Maybe Canelo was just better than you thought he was. I don't understand your mindset on any level. So the fighters are evenly matched and are giving us a meaningful rematch but somehow your interest level is waning?

I think the first fight did live up to the hype, it wasn't just decent, it was arguably the best fight of last year, certainly the most hotly debated fight of the year which is tell tale a sign of a great fight. I don't get how for a full year fans were clamouring for this fight and claiming it was never going to happen, then we finally get it they give us a highly entertaining 12 rounds then agree to a rematch and your interest starts to wane?

If you can't get excited for this, what is it going to take to get you excited for a fight anymore? Neither guy was visibly hurt? Golovkin was rocked several times in the middle rounds and started breathing heavily by the 9th. As a result he couldn't keep up with Canelo in the Championship rounds and Canelo was just teeing off on Triple G.

I expect both fighters to be in better condition then they were in the first fight. They only had a few months to prepare for last year's fight, but this time around they've had a much longer preparation and plenty of time off to recover fully, I expect both fighters to be in peak condition this time around and to provide us with something memorable. That doesn't mean there will be knockdowns, knockdowns by itself don't make a great fight. The combination of fighters landing bombs without getting knockdowns is a sign that fighters have incredible chins and are at or near their prime. We complain so often about fighters having suspect chins as a reason to criticize them, but here we get two top fighters with granite chins that can absorb big punches over 12 rounds and that causes your interest to wane?

This rematch should be truly exhilarating, it's gonna be like the 13th round of their first fight and we'll find out who holds up better this time around and who can get the better offense in. This is a fascinating matchup on so many levels, I just don't see what there is to complain about.

Why is it Canelo fans have to look so hard to wanna give him rounds,10-12 you should watch again as it adds up to 30secs of action and then nothing for the remainder of the round, even if what you say is right it only adds up to five rounds?

No wonder you were happy with the draw.

One need not be bitter to tell punks like you off. I know kids like you want to believe you get posters angry, but that doesn't work with me. I don't take any of you serious enough.

Good post! I've been saying Canelo is a vastly improved fighter since the James Kirkland fight. He's gotten better in just about every category, defense, stamina, even power punching. So I agree, I shouldn't sell him short. The fight itself was entertaining despite there being no knockdowns and no KO, but for me two things spoiled it 1) GGG's somewhat tentative performance and 2) the aftermath and judges scorecards. For the record, I thought Canelo edged GGG and should have got the decision in the first fight. What about you, how did you score it? I think the thing that overshadowed Canelo's strong performance was Judge Adelaide Byrd's scorecard. Everyone was so up in arms about her lopsided score. But I didn't see GGG hurt Canelo, he rolled with and shook off his best punches and GGG rarely landed anything clean other than a jab. Maybe that's what makes me lose interest in a rematch, it seemed like I was watching a different fight than most people and I disagreed with their interpretation of the fight. How many threads did we have here praising GGG for having a good chin for standing up to Canelo's bombs? Shouldn't we instead be giving Canelo credit for landing those hard shots? Another thing, just because GGG was moving forward, and Canelo using the ring doesn't mean Canelo was running or losing the fight. Even when GGG had Canelo backed up against the ropes, Canelo often got the best of the exchanges. But my original point was that GGG was promoted as a monster puncher, and KO artist and didn't live up to his reputation. I think at this point Canelo could be a better and stronger fighter, and I expect Canelo to win by KO or UD next time. Who do you think will win? But you're right, I can't complain and it should be a fascinating match but correct me if i'm wrong next May if GGG hasn't shown decline, and Canelo wins. If it's the 13th round then that's good news for Canelo, GGG needs to ratchet up his offense next time. We'll see which GGG shows up, I hope it's not the same slow-starting, overly cautious fighter from the first fight. Canelo like I said, has gotten better so he will only fight harder in the rematch.

Cocaine Oscar and his partners in crime at the NSAC are going to keep giving their ginger cuck chance after chance to get that win over GGG.
