Pretty dense, even by your usual low standards.

She's thinking "ha, he doesn't know I only want him for his money"

He's thinking "ha, she doesn't know I only want her for her fish-net collection"

From what has been said, Pacquiao would struggle to make 135lbs again. I think the general opinion is he would be most comfortable at 140lbs, so he's hardly making a huge jump in weight.

Aside from that, it's been a while since Oscar was so light. Him cutting so much weight could have a bigger effect on him, couldn't it?

Look at the reach the jab, the power. the punch resistence it's all in Oscar's favor just like he likes it. He has a histroy of stacking the deck in his favor. Manny has no business at 147 just like PBF had no business at 154. Manny looks like he's taking a page outta PBF's playbook and coming in way under the limit. PBF came in at 150 for 154 and Manny at 142 for 147.

I wanna thank you and Widowmaker for your observations which are clearly more accurate than most. The hatred for Oscar from some of these people has clearly consumed them. Granted, Oscar's pissed me the **** off a bit here lately and I don't consider myself the fan I once was. In fact, I think the guy's been quite the douschbag here lately. But for ****'s sake I don't feel hatred for the guy. Feeling hatred for someone you've never met is ****in' dumb****ish. I don't care how I feel about a fighter beit like or dislike, I'm gonna be honest about the **** and give credit where credit is due. I'm under the impression you two operate in a similar fashion. That's cool. :good

Yep. Amazing what a powerful figure he's become when you consider all the big fights he's lost...got to give him credit for being a smart business man if nothing else.

I'm not saying things aren't in Oscar's favour.

How about handspeed? Stamina? Athleticism? Punch output? Footwork? Or even te obvious one, who is closer to their prime?

Sure, Oscar does have a lot of advantages, but so does Pacquiao. If it's true that Pacquiao is now a natural 140lber, he will win this fight.

EDIT: I did a physical comparison on Hatton and Pacquiao a while back, and in almost all areas, they are very similar, which adds strength to the idea that Pacquiao is now a true 140lber.

Damn right... notice that I am not bashing Manny? Pacman is a great fighter, and a serious threat to Oscar. Haters HATE the fact that I can be a huge Oscar fan, and admit when there is a serious threat ahead of him. They hate it because they want to discredit this fight in the event that Oscar beats Pac. Because, if they talked about how Pac was going to kill him, they would have to eat crow afterwards. This way... they can brag if Pac wins, but still bash Oscar if Oscar wins. It's a sad world that they live in.

I will give credit to either fighter who wins.

In their mind, a few inches in height overcome all of those things. This fight is a farce because Oscar is a few inches taller.:rofl
