Oscar: top 10 chin ever?

Especially considering how off balance Oscar was, how clean and powerful the shot was, it made Oscar be quick on his feet to not lose Balance, but as powerful and monstrous as the shot was, Oscar simply brushed it off, surely any other fighter would have been on his ass at a minimum.

Oscar said he was fatigued, and also thought he was ahead enough to still get the decision.

 

I don't care how good your chin is... if you weigh 147 you can't take flush bombs from Trinidad. You can't take flush bombs from Tyson no matter what you weigh. If your chin is good enough to take a couple of them without your knees going wobbly, it's iron.

 

Oscar had a granite chin - very underrated.

 

One of the best fighters of his time IMO with a chin to match.

Top ten? with all the years since boxing came about,and all the great chins that came along with those many years.Top ten is a little to generous.

Still a great beard.I'd say top ten of De La Hoya's time.

For 90's and early 2000's I would say it's safe to say top 3.

 

I rewatched Oscar's final fight and didn't see him getting buckled at any point. He was getting hit with everything. Oscar has a very good chin

 

Oscar was able to stand up to Money's bombs. Nuff' said!
