    I will say this

Valdez needs to try & outbox Quigg

Does he have it in him to do that? Not sure

He fights dumb. Like he wants to be Arturo Gatti or something

Imo his not as tough as Getti and he better try boxing because he will not get away fighting that way at the elite level that's if he even makes it there

There are also alot of unknowns for quigg at this weight he has been alot more reckless it has been against fighters with no power maby it's that he just has no respect for them or the move to roach isn't a good one

Valdez decision but it won't be easy. He's just a plodder with power.

This is a 50/50 fight, but I lean Valdez simply because he's the better technician of the two, and that's going to matter big time in this fight because A.) if Valdez can box smarter and not get drawn into a toe to toe battle like many expect, he can run away with a clear Win either by decision or TKO. Quigg has power, but is slower and wider with his shots which could potentially be his doing in this one.

Good fight and good test for both fighters.
Quigg still in process of trying to rebuild after Frampton loss and Valdez trying to prove he's a solid champ

Valdez punches look very powerful and he's a good pressure fighter but Quigg is very tough.. I'm saying Valdez for now but it's one of them where I imagine my opinion changes the more I think about it
