1- All 4 major titles were on the line
2- Unlike Cotto who has fought at Jr. Welterweight, Hopkins had never fought in a lower division than Middleweight
3- Oscar was a huge underdog and got KTFO by a body shot

    y'all must've forgot

You bring up a good comparison PHILLA !

No one complained back then about Hopkins being weight drained to fight De La Hoya, putting all his titles on the line at a weight he never fought at in the past.

Therefore Cotto fighting Pacman at 144-145lbs is not too much to ask...with or without a title on the line !! :good
