Oscar didn't blink from the Quartey bomb either  The man had a iron chin from 135-on.

Oscar was off balance for that KD. Oscar was dumb for trying to throw uppercuts so far out and was caught leaning once he missed.

I thought it was a pretty clear Shane loss but dont say he wasnt landing anything. He was landing Bodyshots the whole fight.

Terrible decision but like the Trinidad fight......everyone knew Oscar won....even the fans who are not willing to admit it. I only gave Shane 3 rounds from what I remember.

That was a bad decision too.....but not like the Rematch with Shane. DLH actually threw more and landed more than Felix. So if you like activity and the busier fighter there's a case for DLH winning his first fight at MW. Shane wasnt busy. ....he didnt land more....he didnt inflict more damage. ....there's really no case for believing Shane could have won that one. The first fight, sure. ....that was a very close and action packed fight that Shane legitimately won. But it was very close. Nothing like the rematch.

Yeah. It was very weird. I sensed a conspiracy with the whole "Oscar paying Shane millions" out of his own pocket for the fight, then Shane getting the decision. Even Merchant thought Oscar won which is huge

It was almost like Oscar was looking to restore Shane's career or something by giving him a gift for the benefit of GBP.

It might be one of my only conspiracy theories.

You don't think Oscar wouldn't have rather had revenge than having Shane as a GBP slave for the rest of his career?

When you're as rich as Oscar, Money probably doesn't mean as much. I'd want revenge over some extra money any day (then again, Oscar might think differently than you or me do )

But everyone thought Oscar won so what does it really matter if they raise Shane's hand? he is now champ in the division and is more marketable coming off a W over Oskee.

    See - Bradley/Paquiao

Right you are. I actually see Canelo/Floyd being like a redux of Bradley/Pacquiao in that sense. Regardless of whether or not Canelo does enough to win fairly (though I think he might be able to do it), I think he'll get the decision if him and Mayweather fight so GBP can have a new star to carry them in the years to come.

No doubt, DLH won the fight, it was a very bad decision.

I have both guys as 1-1, I refuse to take on board official decisions by referees that are clearly corrupt or incompetent when judging a fighters ranking or greatness.

Shane won the first fight, close but clear, fair decision. Oscar won the second fight clearly, bull**** decision.

Much different in the sense that all of the writers scored it for Mosley
