Yeah i reckon if Judah comes in motivated and in shape he will win The Judah that fought Cotto could beat Margarito IMO
I dont. I think Margarito beats them both. Especially Judah. A fight with Oscar would be close. Thats why Oscar wont take the fight, way too much risk. Lets go for Steve Forbes or someone instead hey Oscar.
De La hoya beats him easily, Judah 50/50 because Judah is much smaller and mentally fragile. I don't understand where the Margarito hype came from, he's a good fighter but nowhere near the top guns.
Oscar doesnt even think that mate, or he would fight him. I think Marg is just a big powerfull guy, non stop puncher with a great chin. Maybe thats why people rate him.
Have you seen Marg v Daniel Santos... A southpaw with no where near the ability of Judah, that had him eating left hands all night. A focused Judah like the one against Cotto would beat Marg. Marg naturally has problems closing the distance against southpaws, as both of his recent defeats (Santos and Williams) have come against them. Oscar is a more well rounded fighter then Marg also, better combination from the inside, and although it would be a great and close fight IMO, Oscar would win. Cotto decimates Marg by late TKO. Margs big body and wide punches would leave hime very open to the powerful combination punching of Cotto.
Basically because people have always thought that a taller, longer fighter would be hard for PBF to outbox. And they hyped him up as the guy to beat Floyd. EG- Harris, Margarito and now Williams. What they don't realise is that you need to truely be an elite level fighter to make these advantage work against someone like Mayweather. Otherwise you will end up being another NDou.
Yeah & have u seen how big Santos is... He was like the biggest Welterweight u would ever see, hence why he went up to as far as Super Middle post that fight. Margarito has some good power & i think Judah will have lapses allowing Margarito to probably get a late stoppage.
Fair enough... From watching the fight though i thought it was much more of the style and the speed of Santos that troubled him then the size. Santos fought very much off the back foot, and picked Marg off from range as he had great trouble closing the distance. If Judah doesn't provide an A performance (like against Witter, Spinks 2 or against Cotto) he will lose IMO. Very hard to predict basically due to Judah's absolute unpredictable nature.
:yikes :nono :rant :beat MSTR, i agree that Judah is a very good boxer and could win on points. But i have to back Marg always, one of my favs. Oh along with p4p #5 Israel Vazquez This content is protected
Yeah, correct me if im wrong, but this would be about when Vic was asking for the winner of these guys guys....... right before he got KTFO!!!
