No way on gods poluted earth was Manny heavier than Oscar.

HBO lied about the weight to make the fight look more competitive, because like almost everyone else they thought Manny was a dead man. :deal

I'll never believe HBO'S unoffical weight's for this fight.

    Oscar looked way bigger.

I believe Pac ended up beating a much bigger man which actually makes Manny's win even more impressive.

De La Hoya looked like pickled **** in the ring against Manny. I dont know wether he grew old overnight and is shot to bit's or not but Manny also put on a stellar performance and was superb.

I got the result of the fight completely wrong and gave Manny no chance whatsoever.

The man is a freak and made Oscar look like a great big tit.

I cannot wait to see Manny vs Hatton or even Floyd after the way he pissed all over Oscar tonight.

Pac made Oscar look the ***** he is and made him quit on his stool, this is the latest stain on DLH's filthy ledger.
Pac batters Hatton next. Totally agree on the weight too, HBO are full of it.

Since when has Oscar weight in before a fight?

Looking at them in the ring, Oscar was way bigger then Pac. No way in hell he was lighter.

Hatton is a completely different fighter to the version of De La Hoya that showed up.

I really don't know who to pick in that fight.

It's funny because a while back i said Hatton would break Pac's ribs and now i cant pick a winner. :D

HBO totolaly ****ed up like almost everyoen else.

Then that little mother ****er Pacquiao actually beat him and beat him good for real.

He ended up beating a much bigger man that what HBO said.

I bet Oscar had about 10lbs on Pac and he still got whooped.

I really dont know what to believe about the weight issue.

I'd have bet my life that DLH would outweigh Pacquiao by at least 10 pounds.......but then HBO say's that DLH weighed only gained 2 pounds overnight?:huh

When they said that, I said bull****, total fabrication to make the matchup seem evenly matched and legit.......

......but then during DLH"s ringwalk, you could very much see the bone definition on DLH's cheeks......and I said " what the hell, if DLH weighing 147 lbs is not a fabrication, and Pac actually outweighs DLH tonight, Pac can very well win.

Weeks back during the 24/7 HBO series, I vehemently questioned the integrity of HBO, and the scales at DLH's Big Bear gym that caught DLH weighing 145 lbs after a workout........I said back then that I smelled a rat, that I did'nt believe it for one second, and that if it were true, Pac would beat the crap out of DLH.
With what went on today, I've got to second guess myself.......

I really dont know what the truth of the matter in regards to the weight matter......but there is no question that DLH seemed the bigger fighter.

Pacquiao carries alot of weight below his waist in his legs and calves, so who the hell really knows.

What I do know is that if in fact DLH weighed 147 lbs fight time, who the hell's idea was that????
DLH could have come in under 140 lbs and he still was'nt going to be faster than Manny.......so why take away your biggest advantage in weight and come in light?
The DLH advantage going in was height reach and mass, and if indeed DLH weighed what HBO says he did, it was a grave mistake on DLH's part.

Btw, this is my first post in regards to the fight, and congratulations are in order to Manny Pacquiao for a job well done.
What a masterful performance, regardless of the weight issue.......
......as always, he showed up to fight, and fight he did indeed!!!:happy

It was joy to watch DLH get taken apart like that!:bbb:yep

I thought Emmanuel Steward hit it right on the head, I think it was as early as the second round when he said, "this is going to get much worse for Oscar, he's got no defense!"

Oscar did look skinnier but i still think the figures have been messed with regarding weight for a long time.

I'll never believe that Pac weighed heavier than De La Hoya.

I thought it was strange as well that DLH would be at 147, he always showed close to 160 lbs in past fights.

The first thing I thought of when I heard that was Chris Byrd, losing all that mass to go down in division and think he would still have the usual advantages only to get battered to a pulp

Oscar now is the laughing stock of the boxing world and needs to retire right now.

I thought DLH was gonna play around with MP and carry him a few rounds before the predictable KO but Oscar sure proved me wrong.

It's called weigh in fraud, which Oscar is very familiar with. He cheated the scales on the same card where Gatti almost killed Gamache. Both fights, Hoya and Gatti's were made to propel them onwards and upwards, with the hope that there'd be an exciting KO for both of them.

Feel free to research that, by the way.
