Oscar's excuse for Mosley not fighting Manny..

It was pretty obvious he was tipping the cap to Paul Williams with that statement. I think he was being very respectful.

It is pretty clear now that Mosley isn't getting Pac or Floyd in his next fight. I think Williams is the best fight for him right now money wise. I'm pretty sure HBO would love that one.

 

how is it possible that you are in the same boat as paul williams and logically both guys just dont fight one another....

 

Oscar seemed to get amnesia about how GBP did the same thing to Nate after Nate won all the belts. They pretended Nate never beat Diaz, and went about making Casa-Katsidis, Diaz-Katsidis, JMM-Diaz, Casa-JMM, and their "lightweight tournament" pretending Nate didnt exist.

Probably because Mosley lost to two fighters JUST like Williams and he really doesn't wanna do it again. Sides Mosley is sort of owed some respect when you consider he's taken on Vargas---Collazo----Cotto---Mayorga and THEN Margarito. Throw the old dog a bone

To continue the Atlas-isms, Pac or Cotto is a 10 foot party sub that comes with all the beer you'd want. Berto is like one of those five dollar footlongs. Paul Williams is a PB and J sandwich.

You missed my point. Right now there's a big money grab and Shane is going to try and grab it. Obviously they have a contingency plan for him as hinted at by Oscar. They're just holding out hope that they can get a bigger fight for him.

It's like having a girl who likes you and is all on you but keeping her to the side and chasing a super model.

floyd beats jmm - he waits for winner of cotto & pac
jmm beats pac - he waits for pac or MAYBE cotto but certainly not shane
pac beats cotto - he fights the winner of floyd vs jmm
cotto wins - he fights the winner of floyd vs jmm & MAYBE JUST MAYBE SHANE

what ****s this **** up even worse is floyd fights first between the 4 of these guys so no matter what happens with cotto vs pacman.... floyd will have the final say
