    Hey guys,

De La Hoya has laid out his stipulations for a Mayweather rematch. First of all, the match would need to be fought in a literal old school phone booth (the kind Clark Kent used to change into his Superman tights). Floyd must tie one of his gloves behind his back. He must also be blindfolded. Oscar can weigh whatever he wants, but Floyd must make 130 again. After the 8th round when Oscar normally begins to gas out, he's allowed the option of being replaced by Wlad Klitschko. Finally, In the unlikely event that Floyd is still alive at the final bell, Bernard Hopkins gets to calculate the scorecards before handing them over to Michael Buffer. De La Hoya was quoted as saying, "if Floyd agrees to this, the rematch is on baby!"

Do the judges have to be Tommy Kaczmareck, Ken Morita, and Duane Ford?

Glad you guys liked it. Thought I'd add some levity to the ridiculous demands he makes and things he says in regards to this fight and their first fight. I'm a fan of both fighters, but I can still be objective. I hope the rest of the posters on here enjoy this one

You guys ever notice how big a fan George Foreman was of Oscar when he was commentating for HBO? There were some odd things he said and funny exchanges between him and Larry Merchant. "Look at Oscar's shoulders, he's been lifting some weights!! Look at his nipples ---you don't see nipples like those on many welterweights". Larry Merchant: "George, are you gay?"

Oscar lost the Sturm fight. Even as a fan, I had a sick feeling in my stomach when that decision was announced. I felt bad for Sturm because he clearly trained his ass off. I'm amazed that in boxing the promoter pays the judges. In the case of Oscar, the promoter is also one of the fighters!! Can you imagine Kobe Bryant paying the refs?

Yes, this is funny, but Foreman has always been a DLH fan going back to DLH's early fights. He was there from almost the beginnings. As funny as that sounds I think it is because Foreman is a puncher. Dlh is a puncher with a fancy gloss of boxing skills. I think a puncher will always have a hard on for another puncher. Just as Floyd has a hard on for Guzman at the moment.
