whichever way you want to put it ,
if you want to fight floyd mayweather, you have to undergo stricter drug testing procedures than any commission or any sanctioning body in boxing currently asks for

if a commission of sanctioning body wants to call him out on this and say the way you are doing it is wrong , if u fight under this banner then you have to be subject to full olympic testing it can only be good for the sport

It's not year round, no, but it's random testing during the time of whenever they agreed to fight up until the fight.

 

Well that's not really random. That is technically a cut off date. Olympics style testing test anytime, any day including during off season or your vacation year round.

just move on..everyone with a brain knows ost is just an excuse to avoid pac.
this ost demands and other new demands will surface again once the people starts asking floyd to fight pac again after his bout with ortiz.

how did Floyd know in December 2009 that Manny was going to turn down the test?
Espcially after Manny's advisor and trainer said they had no issue with it and said Manny has nothing to hide
