we all know it's bull**** demand from floyd anyway. yes it seems better since it is more stricter in a sense but this is not applicable in the whole of boxing. floyd just used this as an issue but when pac has called on this floyd bluff, he went straight to vacation. it's just clear that floyd is playing us all along and used the test to make it seems like he is cleaning boxing.
