Very good fight. Iglesias will be the rightful favourite. But Silyagin is talented with an awkward style, he looked very impressive early in his career, although his form has been mixed in recent years with some off performances.. you'd expect him to be at his best here.
Good new, they've finally found an opponent for Iglesias, whom Canelo and Munguia refused to fight. If the Cuban wins, as I expect, I hope he can then fight against the top fighters in the division, like Pacheco and Mbilli.
I don't think he's unbeatable by ay means, but as it stands now, yes. The division is in pretty bad shape.
Possible but it's definitely by far Iglesias's toughest fight. Silyagin had a better amateur career than Iglesias. He had over 300 amateur fights. he has a lot of amateur pedigree. He was World Championship Bronze Medalist, European Bronze medalist (strangely not on his Wikipedia page) with wins over the likes of Imam Khataev, Joe Ward, Teymur Mammadov, Vladimir Shishkin, Umar Dzambekov, Ali Izmailov, David Nyika. And was 10-1 in the World Series boxing including wins over Joshua Buatsi and Oleksandr Khyzhniak.
