Quarry evidently. He was way more battle tested than Ocasio ever was. Regardless his technical shortcomings and tendency to cut and bleed, Quarry proved time after time that he could hang with the big guys, while Ocasio lacked staying power at the HW level. Quarry is money here by late stoppage.
Quarry is the better fighter and I’d pick him, but it might be more interesting than you’d think (and less interesting to watch). Jerry was a counter-puncher and I think Ocasio fared better against guys who waited for him with his odd rhythm and such. Dokes got flummoxed the first time they fought and got a draw. He came at OO like a house afire in the rematch and stopped Jaws early. I think Jerry would do better in a rematch and forge ahead, but he might end up needing a late KO (a la Zanon) the first time around.
