I very much doubt that there is a drug which enhances your abilities without having serious side effects in other areas.Lets say a drug enhances your durabilty so that you are able to take more punches than normal-it may slow you down so that you take more hands than normal. Every coin has two sides.Boxing is too complicated a sport to take just a few pills to be a better fighter.

There are different steroids. Some of them give you huge muscle gains, some increase your strength more without much increase in mass (ask Fernando Vargas). Ostarine is as effective as some steroids and less effective than the others
