    The problem with "stealing", is sometimes you get caught, and sometimes you get away with it. As it pertains to boxing it's the same thing, and in this case it was obvious to the judges that Pacquiao was doing just that, and they apparently didn't go for it, thus he got caught. Personally I think Pacquiao was a victim of his own success, just like many other top athletes. When you perform at a high level, especially over a long period of time, it is expected that you will continually raise the bar. Then you start turning in performances that aren't up to the standard you've set, you can actually be marked down because of it. Is it fair, no, but sometimes too much of a good thing can be bad.
