Pacman was a shell of his former self when he fought Floyd; Floyd did not want that fight when Pac was at his best. Pacquaio os 2015 is nowhere near Duran's level. Not even close.

You mean under 147 right? You are talking about fighters that Duran beat right? Duran fought well v Hagler at 160 that`s something Floyd could nevder have done, but yes Duran never beat anybody under 147 as good as Floyd just as Floyd never beat anybody comparable to a prime Duran.

Duran was more skilled than Floyd, he was better at opening fighters up and would have landed more shots on DLH than Mayweather did, Floyd was too much of a counter puncher waiting for fighters to open up and make a mistake, Cotto landed more on Floyd than he would have on Duran.

You mentioned 140 and under and didn't seem to acknowledge the SRL victory as it was above 140.

    Pac fought Mayweather at 147.

Duran was outboxed by peak Benitez at 154 and a close to peak SRL at 147. How do you think Floyd would have went walking in those shoes?

Duran would pressure Floyd a great deal more than he was ever pressured and take him out of his comfort zone. Floyd was superb when guys came at him but things would be different with the savage that was 135 pound Duran. His skill coming forward, variety, body attack and ability to adapt on the fly would be unlike anything Floyd has seen. I would also add he had big power at 135 and his hand speed was excellent.

Duran wasn`t as good at 154, in Leonard he did amazing in Montreal against a bigger fighter who was one of the most dangerous fighters of that erra, that win beats anything on Floyd`s resume.

Duran would have toyed with Castillo and landed far more shots on his than Floyd did.

Loma is better than Floyd was and I feel Bud could have beaten a prime Floyd too.

Pac had some of his best wins after 2015 and was way quicker than Duran in 2015. Pac being a shell is a nonsense, why is he a shell, because he lost to Marquez like he did every time they fought?

Not that it's relevant to any performance below 147 but.....OK so Duran lost to the Top P4P Middleweight of his era, where as Mayweather beat the top P4P light middleweight, middleweight and light heavyweight champ of his era.

Anyone can watch film of Pac in recent years and know that the 2015 Pac was a shell of his 2010 self. Mayweather avoided Pac like the plague at his peak. No, the 2015 Pac is neither faster nor anywhere near as good as prime Duran. The fact that he can still pull of decent wins doesn't mean he was anywhere near peak level in 2015.

This is like saying Duran was in his prime when he pulled of a terrific win vs Barkley or Ali was in his prime when he pulled of a great win vs Shavers.

Pacquaio looks great against flat footed brawlers. The year after 2010 Marquez schooled him. 2 years before 2010 Marquez schooled him. This mythical prime doesn't exist

Yes 2015 is way faster than Duran. Not slightly, but way faster. Duran isn't fast

Ah, Loma vs Floyd would be fantastic. Wouldn't say Loma is better than Floyd was, though.

Agree, but would say that 2015 Pac was more like 74-75 Ali or Duran vs Moore in terms of removed from his prime.

I'd say that Marquez did notably better in 2011 than 2008, and of course in 2012. And JMM was ageing and declining himself during this time.
