Other than manny pacquiao,what other best non-american fighter over the last 20 years

Lennox Lewis. Nobody comes near, I have him well ahead of Pacman on my ATG list.

There is a HUGE gap and then there are guys like Barrera, Morales, Calzaghe, Trinidad, Hamed, Chavez, Hatton, Both Klitschko's, Marquez, Benn, Eubank.

Think thats everyone. Not saying they were as good as Pacman (Aside from Lewis) but they were all up there.

I almost put Kaosai Galaxy 10th but when you compare Galaxy lack of top notch opponents and the wars put on by Vasquez,Marquez plus they have beaten a number of wins over other good fighters. Then i have to put them ahead.
