Other than Mayweather or Pacquiao who do you rate as the best Welter head 2 head?

Round 10 was scored 10-8 to Maidana by two judges so the knock down count was evened up, Khan still won quite clear even without the point deduction.

For me, people overrate these 'improvements' that Maidana has made. He tries to box a little more now, but that probably won't help him against Khan.

And I don't believe Khan did duck a rematch last year because Maidana was busy fighting Mayweather twice.

I'm pretty sure all the judges had it 114-112 with one having it 114-113 for Khan that means both won 6rds with the pt loss an KD being the difference. An Khan did duck Maidana, when the Mayweather fight was on the table and Khan was talking sh!t Maidana said he'd rather fight Khan over Mayweather in May, Khan ducked out and Marcos fought Floyd.

Please, Khan was never offered the Maidana fight despite what Maidana may say, and if Khan and Mayweather both offered him fights in May, Maidana would take the Mayweather one no doubt about it.

Plus, 2 judges had it 114-111, so even without the Khan knockdown and point deduction, Khan still would've won 114-113 on two scorecards. (or 7 rounds to 5, with round 10 being 10-8 to Maidana)

    Thurman/Brook tier
    Bradley/Marquez/Maidana tier
    everybody else tier

If I'm guessing who has the worst career from here forward of those I've listed, I would have to go with Marquez (age) and Bradley (age, size)... Brook and Thurman get the nod over them for several reasons in my opinion. I don't think any answer here is too outrageous, really.

Actually the last score was 113-112, still in 5 losses Maidana has lost clearly twice. The MD to Floyd, SD to Pual, & UD to Amir could have all easily been the other way(just look at the scores). Doesn't change the fact Khan got called out and ducked like usual.

Now as far as the actual topic from the guy's listed I'd favor Thurman and Maidana to have the most win's, the only clear loss for Maidana I see is Brook and for Thurman his closest fight is the Maidana fight if they met in the finals I think it's 50/50 on who win's.

Well the knockdown is totally legit 10-8 first round. But the point deduction from the ref was very weak and in the end I had Khan winning by one point. Great fight. Not remotely a decision to complain about or challenge but it unquestionably was not a comfortable points victory for Khan. People have complained much, much more about far, far less.

in terms of ability I've gone for khan, An Amir khan operating at 100% of his talent is better than the rest of the options, if (a bit if!) he keeps his chin out of trouble he'll win UD's against the rest imo.

Never said it was a bad decision just a close 50/50 fight Amir pulled out. People act like Khan won 9/10 rds or something when he barley won 6/7. The type of grit he showed then he doesn't have any more right now he's just all talk.
