Other than the Walters fiasco

That's how it works- if you give up something, like weight (Walters is massive at 126), it tends to reflect in the split. That's negotiations. Now, Loma has had a 130 fight, which would reduce that advantage, but is also now a titleholder coming off a big KO win, so the net split probably won't be much different if an offer was made tomorrow.

Ultimately, neither one actually needs this fight, but both would want it if more money was on the table. I hope somebody puts up some more $$$ for it to make it happen. The quickest way for that to happen is for each to take people apart like what Loma just did. Now, optimally, we'd see Walters respond.

I'm still a Walters fan, and Nick's got to get back on the ball. Get some momentum going for him again. I think he got jobbed against Sosa, but he didn't look great, and he hasn't fought yet this year with nothing in the works.

While Loma's targeting Siri, he's got to turn things around to make that fight the focal point and get some more dollars behind it.

 

Because you always take the side of the black guy in these debates, plain and simple. Whilst trying to "out" other people about how they're racially biased. I don't believe the guys you claim to like, you actually do, at all. Maybe stylistically you don't mind watching them but if Loma fought Walters you'd root for Walters and you know it.

Let's argue FACTS though. From what I've said how am I being biased? Break down what I've said and argue against that. This isn't true at all, I've accused Quillin of straight up DUCKING korobov, GGG, Danny Jacbos of ducking GGG.

So who are all these guys that I claim to like? When Ward fights Kovalev, I'm cheering for Ward. If Ward fought GGG, I'd cheer for Ward. If Wilder fights Povetkin or Fury, I'd cheer for Wilder though I think fury schools him. Why would I admit to all this and then lie and pretend that I'd cheer for Loma. I'm completely transparent and honest besides british trolling and my hate for Kovalev.

You might be hating on Ward like I hate on GGG because you're a bigger fan of GGG, and hate Ward fans. You might be just trolling. I dont know if you're a Ward fan, or not. You probably think I hate GGG, and I'm not a fan, but I actually do enjoy watching his fights, and I will route for him against most guys not named Ward or Zurdo.

And sure, take Crawford, I wouldn't mind him winning against anyone not named Postol either, Ward either, as long as it's not GGG or Kovalev he can win against other guys for all I care. Bottomline is, I am biased, and you are biased, in fact most of this forum is biased and it's not hard to see who's biased for who. The difference is that I don't try to proclaim myself to be otherwise

 

I actually dont think cafe is racist. If I'm being perfectly honest, I think he's fed up with the GGG hatred since GGG is one of his favorite boxers, so he's starting to become one of those pro-white trolls that will disregard logic and won't answer simple questions like "when is the last time you've seen someone get lowballed and then offered a side bet to compensate for that amount".

I'm here to debate logically, if someone gives me a good argument like showing me examples of some semi-high profile fights where a boxer took 2x less purse because he was offered a side bet which might cover it, when they are around the same draw, and the one taking 2x less purse has the bigger names on his resume, my mind might be changed.

So how about you? Do you think that loma's offer was reasonable?

 

Walter fiasco? Is that supposed to make Lomachenko look bad? Loma I'd a straight up ATG tht blesses fight fans with his performances. I like Walters but the fight did not get made only because of him.

You started the BS race thing, not me though. What's there to debate? I think 800/500 offer was reasonable, you don't. What's more to talk about? Is Walters plain ducking? I wouldn't say so, but he himself stated that it'd be very difficult to win against Lomachenko (because of outside factors to be fair to him) and anticipating a risk of probable loss, I think he wants a bigger flat fee and it's not 650k either.
