In what fights has he tired? He pasted Froch with one hand. He was forced to ease off late and Froch who is known as a late surger could still do nothing to him.

You lost all credibility saying Ward would be lacy'd. You have none. Just a sad Ward hater.

He is a very flawed fighter. Calzaghe would easily defeat him.

Froch is basically a super-sized version of a toughman contestant. Super tough, great power, but lacks in skill and athleticism and so forth.

I really enjoyed watching Froch fight but he doesn't have the athletic ability or physical gifts (save power and chin) to be a top-level fighter.

Still, he had a great career.

Lol. Hopkins 9 3 2 at 175 (not one ko victory at 175)and had lost twice to Taylor before moving up. Great fighter due to his longevity and age but atg at 175? Laughable.

Let's see if I'm the only one who thinks Andre Ward tires later in fights.

Carl Froch, your thoughts? (citation from this very site)

Try harder. For me this is shooting ducks in a barrel with you guys.

He certainly did not. He basically just flailed his arms at Hop non stop for 12 rounds against a 43 year old man.
And the right decision for that fight was a draw. That fight proved without a doubt that Joe did not have elite level skills.

No, actually Calzaghe did. I remember the fight pretty well.

BHop wanted a break in the action because Calzaghe was wearing him out. That's where the low blow nonsense came in, if I remember my thoughts about the fight when it took place.

Here's what Joe said about the incident. It's right in line with what I recall about the fight.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/ot...t-way-victory-Las-Vegas-insists-Calzaghe.html

Calzaghe just wore Hopkins out. Just wore him out.

I actually felt bad for BHop that he had to resort to that gamesmanship, but I understand it.

Joe's workrate destroys. No one can match his pace. That's one reason he was so good.

He had a broken hand dummy.

    http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/7384318/andre-ward-had-broken-hand-win-carl-froch

That's why he had to go on the back foot.

Froch - a guy who blows people away late on could not catch up to Ward while he was on the back foot.
No 'tired' fighter circles around the ring like that.

Froch said later in an UK tv interview that he could never , ever beat Ward on points.

Since this has destroyed you gassing theory , what other fights has Ward tired in?

Thats what i said. He won only cos a 43 year old had the stamina and work rate of a 43 year old. And still many felt he deserved to lose.

Give Hop is stamina , endurance, power and work rate of the 90's and he would have put an absolute whooping on Joe
