Yeah I saw that pop up the other day. Hopefully Eddie is angling for him to get a decent name soon. He is owed one after that pretend owie Dillan had. Kamil won't make it easy for him. Hope Otto takes it serious. Poles and Swedes have duked it out many times over the years. Could see this one having a bit of feeling.
Good to see Wallin's getting back in the ring, he needs to stay busy after a wasted year and Sokolowski isn't a Molina/Sour, he will at least try his best to win. Wallin claims to have tried to make fights with Martin and Ortiz, plus there was the Whyte saga. High risk, low reward.
Many of his defeats were controversial, he always comes to win and he's only been stopped 3 times. He's possibly one of the best fighters in the sport relative to his seemingly dire record.
I can’t think of a better example off of my head for a more deceiving record. (Or at least out of the deceptively good ones). Maybe Yabuki.
Sorry Otto you are not selling the fight in the interview. I think if one was being polite it could be called a luke warm up fight for Otto. However Kamil Sokolowski seems to be have 'gumshield will travel sorta fighter' so won't be sufffering ring rust
Guys like Kamil are what makes this sport keep ticking. People who know, know this man ain't no Hungarian Slayer with a padded record. Of course Wallin should be well past these fights but man's got to eat.
It's only a tune up lol and I'm sure he's being set up for a bigger fight after this. There's nothing wrong with a hitout like this.
WBA ordered Hughie against Helenius. Wallin vs Sokolowski will be quite a close fight. Wallin isn't that good really.
