I've only just seen that Otto Wallin will be on the undercard in Cardiff at the weekend.

    Facing… Kamil Sokolowski.

You'd imagine there's comfortable levels between them, but I hope Kamil is getting a good payday for this. He's done brilliantly in his last few fights - robbed vs Adeleye, went the distance vs Dacres, and beat George Fox comfortably.

Fair play to Sky and Boxxer anyway for getting Wallin on. I think Wallin has the chance of building up a support base in the UK on the back of Fury and (not) Whyte.

I assume its a tune up before possibly going into a bigger fight, similar to what they did with Durodola and Eubank Jr?

I still feel sorry for Wallin for not getting the fight against Dillian Whyte - a fight I think he would win. Nice that he's on the event on Saturday.

    Ben Shalom making moves

I wouldn’t be surprised if Kamil makes Wallin look really bad, especially if it’s over 6 rounds.

Wallin wouldn’t beat any of Joshua’s opponents since Cornish. Beating an injured Breazeale don’t count. He didn’t want no healthy Breazeale smoke.

He’s lucky Whyte got injured. Wallin has such a poor résumé.

I'm really intrigued by the matchup. I've never seen Sokol look bad, despite his 11-24-2 record.

I don't for a second think he's going to pull off the upset here, but Wallin will need to do very well to impress over six rounds.

Could we potentially see Wallin v Hughie next? I know Hughie has been ordered to fight Helenius but this could go ahead of that, or is Wallin signed to Boxxer and will be guided in a different direction by Ben Shalom?

Waliin - Hughie coming next, definitely.

Though Wallin vs Sokolowski will be more close than what people think.

    I'd rather see Helenius/Wallin.

You're right on this by the way, I thought Sky would have reshuffled but Wallin's confirmed it in his IFL interview. Hopefully Sky will at least put the preliminaries on YouTube.

I had a look at Sokolowski on Instagram. For a self-described journeyman he is mixing in very good circles. In December he was in Morecambe training with Parker, Nyika and Tyson Fury. No wonder he performed so well against George Fox.

Not putting Wallin on seems very short-sighted as he will probably be against a British boxer in the near future

See if he can equal fatty Gorman with a stoppage on Kamil.
