Otto Wallin on Cardiff undercard

I've always had Wallin down as a bit feather fisted

 

Wallin isn't a big puncher but you always have one or two of them in the heavyweight division.
He might still have the ability to become a contender. He's one of the more interesting propositions in the division at the moment. He might be crap, he might be good. The jury is still out.

 

He won’t have built any UK following after that lethargic and boring performance

Imagine if Boxxer is going to make Hughie Fury against Otto Wallin? It will require a guy like Eddie Hearn if that fight is going to be sold.

I think you're right about that, but such a fight sells no extra PPV tickets. Who wants to see Hughie Fury vs Wallin ?

 

I don't think it really adds any sales but I can't think of a bigger fight they can make for the undercard with their current fighters. Maybe they will add a YouTuber to the card? Really they should have got Wallin a complete knock over to create a highlight reel KO and Adam Smith could have then started his "how will Tyson's cousin fair against the big, strong, tough Swede".

 

I also do not understand why Boxxer did not find an easy opponent that Wallin could have looked good against ? Now it becomes almost impossible to sell H. Fury against Wallin.

Neither of them could punch their way out of a paper bag.

 

They can do the fight on a normal Saturday Fight Night as a co-main event feature but not on a PPV Card. Nobody wants to pay a cent to see H. Fury vs Wallin. Boring....Zzzzzzz
