Yeah Stark is a underrated fighter.
Stark will stop him.
Wallin is one of the valued HW sparring partners in the game right now... The question is, can he use what he's learned sparring against the top of the division and apply it as he moves on in his career - or will he develop a sparring partners mentality? We'll find out! He has he first big test in just 9 days.
It's dangerous to spar to much, a cut that came in SPARRING has forced him to withdraw from the fight. Haven't heard if it's of or postponed. (Do you usually postpone undercard fights like this?)
Otto Wallin has challenged Granat for a fight for the EU (is there an EU title or is it the EBU?) title on Instagram.
Granat has talked a lot about fighting Wallin earlier and his trainer (former world titlest Armand Kranc) commented it with a "sehr gut".
Granat will make a comeback at december the 22nd,will we get to see a Swedish showdown after that and who've you got?
Wallin by UD or late TKO for me.
This could be a really big fight for Swedish boxing. I've got the same prediction as you. Wallin could get Granat out of the ring early if he would to come out and pressure Granat whose defensive skills are lacking IMO. That's not Wallin's style though so I think he'll come out and try to counter Granat's big punches.
Granat is supposed to have accepted it, now they just have to agree on the terms etc. They're aiming for an early 2018 show down!
It's most likely the European community title, not the European championship, as this is hold by Kabayal (who did a mandatory defence recently against Chisora).
Second fight in a row that gets canceled, this time due to a cancelation of the main event.
Especially sad because, as I understand, both he and Granat need a win to be a able to fight for that EU(?) belt.
Ok, Sauerand has won the purse bid to state the EU title between Wallin and Granat.
Wallin vs Granat signed and booked for April 21st
Glad it's finally happening. Still a solid fight even though a lot of the glamour and novelty behind it has evaporated with Granat's being exposed by Dimitrenko.
I always thought it would be a good idea for Wallin to try to sign a fight against Dimitrenko. Maybe easier said than done, though.
Wallin looks to be close to a signed deal for a fight with EBU heavyweight title holder Agit Kabayel. Fight taking place in end of october or beginning of november.
