Wallin : more experience at high level. Hrgovic: power and maybe he is improved after his last fight?
Both have fought no one of note besides Wallin and we all know that fight was just a fluke/Fury not showing up.
Doesn't Wallin have a better resume though ? Yes he's pretty overrated but objectively speakin Wallin has done more in the pros
Wallin has been a professional for 8 years. Hrgovic half of that. Calling a bout on who has won more, when the guy who has won more has not beaten anybody impressive himself despite being a pro for double the length of time, is not a great prediction mechanism. All eventual champions had to face guys who had won more.... Fair enough if Wallin had shown a certain standard, but he hasn't. That in itself is a valid predictor for a Hrgovic win. For what it's worth, I don't know who would win as I think Hrgovic is being overrated, much like Hunter. So that's a good contest.
He most assuredly does not IMO, Wallin hangs his hat on a losing performance against a half blind, out of shape Tyson Fury. He has nothing notable at all. Beyond that he has Dominic B (who aint that good). Hrgovic has an old Mansour, just as old Kevin Johnson and Eric Molina. Neither resume is outshining the other but that's definitely comparable to Wallin's. Wallin just has more fights, but not more quality.
Well Breazeale beat Molina though and Kevin Johnson is a zombie at this point. I'd say he still went the distance with an elite level fighter unlike Hrgovic. Wallin was giving Fury trouble before the cut. But if Hrgovic beats Hunter then Hrgovic's resume woukd be better or at least more
What makes Breazeale an elite boxer? Breazeale is 35, has been a pro for 9 years and his best win is Molina whose best win is a shot 40 year old Cruiserweight in Adamek. Breazeale and Molina are both utter puddings.
Wallin ain't bad but Fury came into that fight unmotivated. Fury is a guy that seems to fight to the level of his competition. Once Fury got cut and figured out he needed to kick it into another gear, he did.
