Wallin has a weak punch and Kean is as strong as a bear, it could be an interesting fight between two completely different styles, Wallin is more technically sound and Kean is stronger, but all in all it would be a good test for both of them.
Kean is fighting Vianello next. It could be argued that the fighter who gave Wlad his toughest and most competitive fight in his 19 fight championship win streak was Tony Thompson. Tony is often criticised for his "resume" but he was a 6'5, 250 lbs southpaw who had a habit of springing upsets against the guys who got in the ring with him. So for one reason or another, fights with Ibragimov, Chambers and Arreola fell through or never materialised despite talk of them happening. This is despite Tony being willing to fight on the road, against big favourites in their backyards. Why wasn't he getting opponents like Pulev and Takam before he was in his 40's? It's not hard to work out.
You can hardly have an objective assessment of Wallin because of some Fury haters who will claim everyone Fury faced was a low-class fighter, regardless if he was or not. So poor Otto suffers from the same evaluation. But he is a good fighter, maybe not that much to become some top 5 or even 10, but a very decent one, the point is we will never know his limit. I can't tell the reason why he is wasting his career, maybe he's fine with the way it goes and boxing isn't something primary for him or it's a matter of management.
I see what you are saying here but if he had the talent, I don't think it would hold him back coming from Sweden. Look at Robert Helenius for example.
Keane is terrible. Breazeale (Wallins best win) would spark him in a few rounds. Not that I think Wallin is anything special. If he wants more opportunities he could call out Mahmoudov or Anderson. Even Charles Martin wouldn't be a terrible option for him.
Rubbish. See post 27 above. If Wallin simply isn't that good, then why is he having a hard time getting fights vs. quality opponents? He not only came very close to stopping Fury, he is (like me) a lefty ! It's that simple. He's being avoided.
