You only realised this now? People like myself, Losfer and Mandanda have been going on about how he's a limited, one dimensional plodder who would be confused by anyone with a legit jab for ages.

Like Losfer say's the sad thing now is Khan will not be given credit when he shuts Maidana out, the same people who said Khan was scared of Maidana and Khan would get starched will be the same people who will be discrediting his win afterwards.

I wouldn't slap that tag on him of been shite .Alright man not a good performance but styles make fights .Corley's a veteran man one of them fighters a good prospect needs to beat to get to the top .He's been the distance with Mayweather man .Been in with Cotto Judah Witter Alexander and boxed at around 140 roughly his whole career .Got 330 rounds in man compared to Maidanas 102 .That's why you can understand why he struggled to get him out of there he's got alot of experience.

I'm still going to back Madaina if they ever fight.

I like him. Yes he's one dimensional but he's as brave as a lion and I honestly dont think Khan can stay disiplined for 12 rounds against him. Madaina will force him into a mistake. Khan gets ragged at times and I think he would capitalise on that.

He would defo still get credit for the win. People want to see a World Champion in against a puncher, its hardly as if people want much.

Ortiz fought the dumbest fight imaginable and still nearly knocked Maidana out early. Khan wont be making that mistake and will easily beat him.

Thats because it doesn't tie in with their agendas....it seems to me the only people who rate Maidana and who are pushing for the fight are the ones who desperately want to see Khan prostate on the canvas...Some on here would rather Khan fight Maidana over Bradley or Alexander match-ups, a sure sign that the worlds gone mad.

Maidana is terrible technically, but Khan is terrible in terms of toughness. Every fighter has their weaknesses.

Maidana is average, but he can whack at least. God-awful from a technical standpoint.

The sad thing is khan fought paulie instead of Marcos - if he'd kicked his face in this wouldn't be an issue. It's just waiting for someone to show weakness before facing them that's the issue.

I don't dislike khan, but I wish he'd actually fight someone at his own weight and in their prime. Bring on Bradley.

    He's still very young.

If he wins this proposed match-up that means he's won fights against a top-rated boxer (Malignaggi) and top-rated brawler (Maidana) within his division. That's good form, and no one could really complain.

He was angling for JMM or Diaz before though - that's my problem with him. If he fights Maidana, then great. He's a top ten LWW and a decent measure of Khan's composure.

This is what it will prove. People are saying 'Khan is fighting some of the best apart from Bradley', well, what's wrong with this fight? If Maidana is as **** as he is, lets see Khan box his head off. Nothing is that easy in boxing, okay he didn't look great against a shot veteran, but these things can happen.

Exactly why I think Maidana is more of a live underdog than most are suggesting. It won't take Wilfred Benitez to outmanouver Maidana (and it hasn't) but Khan is nowhere near proven in terms of adaptibility of skillset IMO. Okay, Maidana isn't brilliant, but why is Khan? The guy can't take a punch to save his life, why people are assuming he will just walk over a guy who, of course isn't infallible, but can whack and has lasted with a decent level of opposition, I can't fathom it!!!

Honestly, people are just trying hard to look PC/non-rascist IMO :hey
