Yesterday our dear forum member Scrap died after and long illness. He used to write extensively on training forum.
His name was Howard Rainey and he was one of Brittains finest boxing coaches.
2015 i went to him in Sheffield for a few days so he can teach me a thing or two about boxing. It was a wonderful experience.

He was a true boxing scholar, gentleman and a wonderful person. Rest in peace my old friend.

Scrap was a great guy. I was privileged to talk boxing with him since 05 and I learned a lot from him.
In 2005 my urinary system collapsed and, due to the ensuing illnesses, I lost my business and my home and everything else. All through 06, and until I got back on my feet again, Scrap offered to send me money on a regular basis.
