Out of 10, what do you rate Froch's chances of beating Kessler?

Haven't seen Saturday's fight yet,but even before I thought Kessler was the best supermiddle in the world.I believe he beats Froch by clear decision.

Andrade did give Kessler a tough fight, even though he lost every round he posed problems.

The thing was, Kessler was masterful in dealing with it. There was a feature on Andrade in Boxing Monthly a year or so ago, he said that Kessler admitted it was a tough fight, and that he was glad it wasn't a 15 round fight.

He was more competitive, despite losing every round, than some guys are in taking two or three over the distance.

I know that sounds stupid

I am assuming Froch will be at his very best. I am also assuming Kessler will not suffer from ring-rust. If the Froch from last night shows up against the Kessler from the Calzaghe fight, I give Froch 10% at most. He made his own luck against Taylor by coming back strong in the last 5 rounds and putting it all on the line in the last round, and he made his own luck against Dirrell by winning the mid-rounds, but he was a couple of seconds from losing against Taylor and he was somewhat lucky the judges and referee gave him the win against Dirrell. Both Taylor and Dirrell and to a certain extent the green, weight-drained Pascal showed Froch's limitations. Kessler will knock him out, I expect.

Andrade just wouldnt stop coming forward. Kessler was getting more and more tired beating the hell out of him! It's like when guys fight Margarito - their stamina better be top notch cause these guys just dont stop coming forward

Froch has good punch resistance, but it's it's nowhere near Andrade's level, which is why is see him getting stopped

Id have given him a 2/3 out of 10 prior to the Dirrell fight.

Now id give him 0 out of 10.

It doesn't sound stupid. Kessler worked hard to break Andrade down, then he worked hard to keep Andrade off him and then he worked hard to try to stop Andrade. If it had been a 15 rounder, he'd have had to go back to trying to keep Andrade off him in the last 2-3 rounds.

If you compare Kessler in the last round against Calzaghe to Kessler in the last round against Andrade, the Kessler against Andrade looked more worn out.

Froch is a warrior, but very easy to hit. He's a brawler who keeps coming, I respect that.

Kessler is tough, he's accurate and he has a punch. Bad style for Froch. Kessler by stoppage.

Kessler will have him out of there inside 9 rounds.

That's also where I think Froch best chance lies.

I'd still say it's a long way from being a 50/50 fight though.

    I wouldn't give Froch more than a 2 in 10 chance wherever it's held.

A punchers chance, although his power isnt looking as impressive with a step up in opponents.
