out of 100% how much of a chance would you give RJJ of winning?

I kind of disagree, I don't think it's form. He's 'shot' to use the common parlance. He finds it hard to release the punches these days and he is very worried about taking them.

Technically he can still do it, but mentally he seemingly can't.

60/40 and ill... oh wait. 10-20%, Roy is going to need to put Joe on the canvas at least once to get the decision, and he lacks his old killer instinct to stop Joe even if he hurt him i think. Joe's style is still incredibly effective even as he ages and with his volume i simply think Roy cannot do enough volume-wise to get enough rounds in the bank, not without a KD or two (which isn't out of the question) at least.

I realise that styles make fights, but is Joe a better fighter then Glen Johnson, and Tarver (who both KOed and outpointed Jones)?

    Yes.

Is Jones a better fighter at 39, then he was 4 years ago when he lost to Johnson, and Tarver?

    Extremely unlikely.

Roy is just going to gas really early IMO as Joe constantly piles on the pressure. Joe has a great chin, and Roy failed to knock out any of his last 3 mediocre (Tito at that weight) oponents one of whom is really a welter weight.

Looking at the hard facts I'd say 5 percent, but because it's superman Roy I'll say 25 percent.

he has the chance of knocking joe out if joe tries to showboat.i hope he doesnt as showboating just dont suit joe and that is the only chance he is going to get dropped.

    10 - 20 % again....being generous...

HOWEVER if roy stays off the ropes and lays the straight right hand when calzaghe begins his slapping he has A SLIGHT chance of winning on points if he pushed joe back allot!
