I'm sure not to long ago, before the Matthysse v Peterson fight there was talk of Amir Khan fighting the winner who then would go on to fight Garcia. Also im sure these noises were coming from Khans camp. He was definatley saying after the fight to 'bring it on'. Avoiding Matthysse and fighting Alexander is a smart move but I still think Alexander goes on to win this fight on points where as if the Matthysse fight happend Khan would be devastatingly ko'd. If khan looses to Alexander theres no where meaningful left for his career to go surely
