Yeah so my cars about to bite the dust and i can't risk going to the gym anymore over the next few months until i get a new car. :fire Whats you guys advice for me so I can stay in shape and keep sharp until I can make it back??? :bbb
Take the bus! I have to walk through thick ass snow for about 30 min right now to get to the Gym. For my luck, the weather is nice when finish but on my way it can suck balls.
man you cant go from the car to getting on a bus! its totally embarressing in my opinion using public transport
i havn't been to the gym in a couple months, but i run 2 miles just about every night, do pushups and sit-ups (50 pushups, then 26 situps right afterwards) throughout the day when i get home from school, shadow-box in front of my mirror, and i have a friend in my neighborhood that boxes, so me and his brother spar alot, but yea, i actually increased my cardio, because i used to only be able to run 1 mile, now i can 2, and for the first few weeks of me not going to the gym, i would stay after school, and ran a mile on the track, and then do a couple 200 meter sprints, and twice a week lift weights in the weight-room when it was available, and yep, now i found this new gym, and i'm gonna start next wednesday so i'm pretty exited to show what i got :yep
Estonia. The snow just kicked in and has been non stop. You can see from the Fight Camp 360 the way Helsinki looks, should be the same there as here. Im used to it.
This, and buy some dumbells and bench if you can spare the money. Get two dumbell bars where you can add weight plates to them. I really don't understand why people would still buy the dumbells that are a set weight and not adjustable (huge waste of money).
:scaredas:damn, not cool, i live in houston, tx, so yea, that isn't ideal weather for me at all, lolz
What do you mean you can't risk going to the gym? I take it the gym is about a 30 minute drive away or further. If not, why can't you get there? Death by Bodyweight is a good routine for home along with sprints, cycling or whatever cardio you can.
