    Are you autistic?
Duran is rightfully seen as an all time great because he had the balance of offensive and defensive skills.
Floyd is certainly very skilled but once he moved up became far less offensive as a fighter relying on outpointing his opponent.
You seem to be mentally impaired with a binary view that all fighters today are better than the past automatically but that's a fallacy that you've created not based on reality. I'm not saying either that all the old timers are better either. What I can say in a time of only one or two belts and 15 rounds and having a lot more fights are clearly better tested than many boxers today who just sit on a single belt. People who haven't followed the sport for long will go on about better nutrition and PEDS. The fact is most boxers aren't that smart the fact it's availible doesn't mean that people actually apply it. In fact I would say diets now are generally not as good as seen by the obesity in the US and UK.
Yeah but skills and tech? So what about them? If you honestly believe that previous ATG's didn't have skill then that just shows how little you actually understand about the sport. SRR would beat Floyd and the proof is in having over 200 fights and not needing to cherrypick and take PEDS and IV's to get an advantage also having that offensive power to take someone like Floyd out without it going to the judges.

The poll seems to have it about right, Duran and Robinson close at the top followed by Pep, Whitaker, and Mayweather closely bunched.

    1a.Robinson
    1.b. Duran
    3. Pep
    4. Whitaker
    5. Mayweather
    6. Ali
    7. Loma
    8. Pacman

I'm a little torn as at his best Willie Pep was practically untouchable but the word skilled requires more than just a defensive evaluation and must take into account a fighters offensive skills which is why Duran and Robinson are far above the other fighters on this list. I considered putting Ali above Mayweather. Defensively both were hard to hit in their primes but offensively? Mayweather was a decent offensive fighter but a prime Ali could crucify you.
