    What a BS article.

Adamek won all but maybe 1 round... and even that round that went to Bell I wouldnt be surprised if someone gave it to Adamek.

Bell was getting out worked and tagged, that is that.

    BELL QUITS AGAINST ADAMEK

Former WBC light heavyweight champion Tomasz Adamek appeared to be well on his way to a points victory when former cruiserweight champion O'Neil Bell inexplicably quit following round seven of their eliminator in Poland. Bell, who was clearly behind, has shown the ability to come back in fights, which makes his calling it a night that much more surprising. Adamek ********* Bell for most of the fight and was credited with a knockdown in the first round.

Exactly, what part of your argument did that clip support? It only shows a tentative first two minutes by both fighters and a clear finish for Adamek, giving him the first round.

Bell was still in the fight, and his body attack was hurting Adamek, which must makes it all the stranger.

Don't try and tell me that Adamek made him quick by a brutal beatdown, it wasn't that.. it was.. hell if I know.. a complete mental breakdown?

Precisely. Bell knew he wasn't solving the puzzle any time soon and made a frustrated, impetuous decision.

It wasn't a beat down, but you're milking this body shot angle way too much. Yes, Bell landed 2-3 body shots throughout the entire fight, at least one of which made Adamek cringe. Since that was about the only positive thing Bell did in this fight he should have exploited this much further but he didn't, either because he could not figure out that his body shots were being effective or because he couldn't catch the quicker Adamek, with them. Either way, his body work was far and few in between and was not significant at all. Bell lost 6 of the 7 rounds. He quit because he knew that, outside of a KO, he had no chance in hell of winning this fight.

And the KO wasn't a realistic possibility, either (unless Adamek would suddenly become gassed out, but it didn't look like this one bit). Bell knew he was loosing fair and square, and had absolutely no clue how to turn this fight around, so he got frustrated and quit. That's all.

That article is just.. woah. Are they running their own propaganda, or even watched the fight?
